"FIRST-time Tasmania tourists when quizzed about their food and wine experiences here were bubbling over with enthusiasm particularly regarding our beef.
A good steak is close to every carnivore's heart and a tender, flavoursome, beautifully seasoned cut can set your world right like no other.
Top of the pops in our tourists' meal stakes was the Mole Creek Guest House - 'I wanted to order the steak the second night just to see if she (the chef) could cook it as well as the first.'
